Dear Hornet User,

We hope you have had a pleasant Christmas vacation. To help us improve the Hornet service and offer greater value to our users we are looking for current users to take part in a focus group to give us feedback on the service and how it compares to other Internet and Broadband services you might have used at home or elsewhere.

The sessions will take less than an hour and will be in groups of 10. Each session will take place in University Place on the main Oxford Road Campus and will be led by an independent social scientist, Dr Katy Allison. The following sessions are available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis:

Monday 30^th January – 10am, 2pm, 3.30pm

Tuesday 31^st January – 10am, 11.30am, 2pm

Wednesday 1^st February – 10am, 2pm

Monday 6^th February – 11.30am, 3.30pm
