Get Connected
To get connected with Hornet you need to have the following information:
- Hall Name and Room Number
- A University IT account
- Your device's MAC [physical] address for wired connections

- Change your device's MAC (physical) address
- Edit your contact details
- Log a request for help and support
- Contact the Hornet Rep assigned your problem
- View your current and fixed problems
- Ask for advice about using the Hornet service
