Get Connected

To get connected with Hornet you need to have the following information:

  • Hall Name and Room Number
  • Completed IT sign up (UoM) or equivalent (MMU / guest)
  • Your computer MAC [physical] Address [e.g. 00-3A-12-32-14-FD] for wired connections

Get Support

Once you have registered with Hornet you can manage your account details including:

  • Change your computer MAC (physical) address
  • Edit your contact details
  • Log a request for help and support
  • Contact the Hornet Rep assigned your problem
  • View your current and fixed problems
  • Ask for advice about using the Hornet service
