Get Connected
To get connected with Hornet you need to have the following information:
- Hall Name and Room Number
- Completed IT sign up (UoM) or equivalent (MMU / guest)
- Your computer MAC [physical] Address [e.g. 00-3A-12-32-14-FD] for wired connections

Get Support
Once you have registered with Hornet you can manage your account details including:
- Change your computer MAC (physical) address
- Edit your contact details
- Log a request for help and support
- Contact the Hornet Rep assigned your problem
- View your current and fixed problems
- Ask for advice about using the Hornet service
